I accept Aetna, Medical Mutual, Ohio Healthy, UMR, United Healthcare and self pay at this time.

The initial intake appointment is $175 and ongoing sessions are $125. While your insurance may cover a portion of the cost, you are still responsible for your copay, coinsurance or deductible. Please reach out to your insurance provider about your benefits.

The initial intake appointment is 60 minutes and ongoing sessions are 50 minutes.

Together we will review your completed paperwork, discuss your presenting concerns, and what you hope to accomplish during our future sessions.
